DO I NEED A DATE TO RESERVE ITEMS?

Yes, we want to make sure you are fully booked before booking with us, because unfortunately, if you change your date we require a new contract and deposit to lock your new date (if it’s available)

 

OOPS, A RENTAL ITEM GOT DAMAGED, NOW WHAT?

Accidents happen, but please make sure to bring the broken item back to us. The fee to fix the item will be 5X the cost of rental.

 

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ON MY EVENT DAY?

We are in Michigan, so the weather could be sunshine and rainbows one day, and downpour the next. Unfortunately, we do not allow our items out in bad weather, please make sure to have a backup plan before your event.

 

CAN REAL CANDLES BE USED?

Absolutely! But be careful to not get wax on any of our items, aside from the candlestick itself. You can leave the wax in the candlestick when you’re done with it, we’ll take care of it after it’s returned.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Plans change, that’s okay. If you need to cancel, you can. our deposits are non-refundable, and if you cancel too close to the event date, additional fees may apply for holding the date.

 

DO YOU OFFER ITEM PICKUPS?

We do, but not ALL items can be picked up.
