OUR EXPERIENCED BARTENDERS

All of our Bartenders for Hire are T.I.PS. certified, and have years of experience. Due to our license we can not purchase the alcohol for you. What this means, is that you will need to provide all of the alcohol on the day of the event. We can help your figure out how much may be needed, even help you design signature cocktails; we just cannot be involved with the purchase of the alcohol. 

Bartending Service

We can deliver, set up, serve & take down a bar.

Our bartenders add attentive service, a professional presentation and are TIPS Certified.

We can also bring the bar glasses and supplies.

Use our bar glasses and... after the reception is over, we'll take all of our rentals with us.

All of our Bartenders are allowed to set out tip jars. 

 

Bartender Only

  • One Bartender for a total of 6 hours -

    • 4 hours of service, one hour to set up, one hour of cleanup. 6 hour total.

  • Waiter brings wine and beer bartending tools

  • One bartender can provide adequate service for up to 100 guests

Bartenders are billed at $40 per hour

 

Wine and Beer Bar

  • One Bartender - Total of 6 hours.

    • 4 hours of service, one hour to set up, one hour of cleanup. 

  • Coolers, Tubs and Wine Buckets to chill wine and ice down beer.

    • Pricing does not include ice.

  • 9 and 16 ounce clear plastic cups

  • Cocktail Napkins

  • Limes for beer garnish

  • Client provides wine & beer

  • More than one bartender is needed for over 150 guest count

Bartenders are billed at $40 per hour

75-99 guests - $3.45 per person

100-199 guests - $3.05 per person

200-299 guests - $2.70 per person

 

Full Bar | mixed drinks . wine . beer . mixers

  • One Bartender - Total of 6 hours -

    • 4 hours of service, one hour to set up, one hour of cleanup. 

  • Coolers, Tubs and Wine Buckets to chill wine, ice down beer, ice for drinks

  • Margarita Mix, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple Juice, Tomato Juice, Tonic Water, Soda Water

  • 9 and 16 ounce acrylic cups

  • Cocktail Napkins

  • Straws and garnishes for cocktails (lemons & limes)

  • Client provides wine, beer, and spirits

  • More than one bartender is needed for over 200 guest count

Bartenders are billed at $40 per hour

75-99 guests - $5.95 per person

100-199 guests - $5.55 per person

200-299 guests - $5.15 per person

 

Additional Services

  • Bar Glasses - Wine, Champagne, High Ball, Martini, Beer Pilsners, Water Goblet - $0.60 each

  • Ice only - $50 for 100 pounds - same price as a convenience store, except we deliver and handle

  • Extend the party - Add one additional hour of bartending @ $45 per hour / per bartender

  • Bartenders are TIPS Certified
